  • Changshu Wintop Group established in 1999, is a global textile company that manufacture and exports Knits and Woven apparel to USA and Canada. Our operations are in Asia and USA to ensure we can provide most efficient services to all our customers. We value “business reputation” and believe that the future growth is powered by our people; therefore we invest in employee development and training.







CEO MESSAGE

When Wintop began in 1999, our goal was to manufacture quality apparel in a safe working environment. Over the past 20 years our goal has not changed, but our business has grown to a global scale enterprise, and we are truly grateful for the support from all our customers. We strive to run our businesses in an environmentally sustainable way by minimizing and offsetting environmental impact, and work to invest in a wide range of corporate social responsibility programs specific to the needs of the community.

Our company currently has over 2000 employees worldwide, and annual sales is US $100 million. We provide high quality goods, great partnership, and competitive price to all our customers, because we believe in great business reputation is the key to success.




HISTORY

  • 1999
    Established Changshu Wintop Group Import & Export Co., Ltd as a trading company.
    Yearly export volume about 1 million.
  • 2001
    Production Dept. established handles yarn/fabric purchase and production details.
    Yearly export volume increased to 2 million.
  • 2003
    R&D Center established with 8 well experienced technician to provide professional technical support.
  • 2005
    Established Changshu Tongying Fashion Co., as a garment manufacture.
    Yearly export volume increased to 4 million.
  • 2006
    Established Wintop Distribution Center to ensure quality assurance & quality control were done strictly on all production materials and finished garment.
    Yearly export volume increased to 6 million.
  • 2008
    Established Wintop Fashion USA in Los Angeles, California
  • 2011
    Headquarters moved into Changshu International Trade Center with more than 2000 square meters space.
    Yearly export volume increased to 8 million.
  • 2013
    Textile Dept. established to source and purchase fabric.
    Yearly export volume increased to 10 million.
  • 2015
    Established Changshu Wintop Textile Co., Ltd as textile company to complete Wintop Group with full vertical services enterprise.
    Yearly export volume increased to 12 million.
  • 2018
    Expended production base into Jiangsu province (Northern China). Established lean manufacturing factory with advanced automated machines and certified by WRAP & SEDEX. Factory was approved by Wal-Mart, JCPenny, and Macy’s.
    Yearly export volume increased to 16 million.
  • 2019
    Established Wintop Vietnam Co., LTD in Binh Thuan province, which is east of Ho Chi Minh City, factory with 2000 workers and approved by Wal-Mart, Kohl’s, and Costco.
    Yearly export volume increased to 20 million.
